Due to the constant demand we have produced Instructional Videos for the Master Huang five Relaxing Exercises and the 37 Posture Short Form. They are designed to be used as reference material for existing students of the Huang system as well as providing an introduction to those interested in experiencing this method of Taiji. We want to clearly emphasize that although these videos can provide a fantastic source of detailed information, they can never replace the understanding achieved and sensitivity experienced through personal interaction with a good teacher.

The videos are in downloadable wmv format. To keep the quality we have had to keep the file sizes quite large. The previews however have been kept small to allow for a faster download. To view the preview of a video just click on the picture of that video.

We will continue to add material on a regular basis, first starting with the Relaxing Exercises, then gradually through the 37 Posture Short Form and then onto the partner work patterns.

How to Download

To purchase the videos click on the "add to cart" button for that particular video. You will then be directed to another page to pay by using either Paypal or by credit card. Once the purchase is confirmed the video will automatically begin to download. You will also receive a email confirmation with a link. You can click on this link to initiate the download. You have four times to use this download link, and 120 hours before the link expires. Once you download the video you can then "save" the file to anywhere on your computer. Please note that you cannot fast forward or rewind the video until you have downloaded it completely onto your computer. It is illegal to reproduce or copy these videos.

To Convert to DVD format

If you want to watch these videos on the TV via a dvd player then you have to convert them to DVD files before copying them to a DVD. The best way to do this is to use a program to convert the files. Nero or Sothink Dvd maker are both very good to use. You must be aware that this will increase the file size but actually reduce the quality. Good luck.
